Compliance & data protection

Confidence behind every consent

When using photos and video in communications, documentation and responsible handling of personal data are essential. Here is how PhotoConsent approaches both.

Built for responsible use

Compliance is more than a checkbox

PhotoConsent helps organisations collect and document consent for photos and video. It makes it easier to see who has responded, what they have agreed to and where to find the records.

The legal and technical foundations are an important part of the solution. That is why we focus on clear agreements, external expertise and transparency about data processing.

Our foundations

We take GDPR seriously

Data processing agreement

As a service provider, PhotoConsent enters into a data processing agreement with its customers. The agreement sets out the framework for processing personal data.

Legal expertise

PhotoConsent works with DPO Danmark on data processing agreements and contracts. DPO Danmark has prepared and approved the standard consent texts available in the platform.

Independent audit

Grant Thornton conducts an annual audit of PhotoConsent and provides an ISAE 3000 assurance report.
