From paper consent forms to a digital overview at Learnmark Horsens

Time-consuming paperwork

For many years, Learnmark Horsens handled marketing consent manually. Forms had to be completed, collected and filed, involving students, teachers and the communications team.

According to Head of Communications Elisabeth Damkjær, this involved around 2,000 consent forms a year.

With PhotoConsent, consent is collected electronically at the start of the school year or semester. Learnmark creates folders and consent forms for each class and sends a QR code and link to the teachers, who help collect the students’ responses.

This creates a shared workflow with all the records in one place.
